C.M. Building
Our businesses are located in a historical building that was built in the 1900s with the founding of the town of Mitchell Nebraska. In the year 1905 the building was managed by M.B. Quivey, a well-known businessman and was known as the Mitchell Mercantile Company. The building at that time was the largest and oldest business in the valley. The Mitchell Mercantile Company closed its doors in 1932. Today it is home of The Happy Dackle Vendor Market, Dackle Estates and Freeze Frame.

C.M. Building
We purchased the historical building in 2021. It has been the home of The Happy Dackle Market and Dackle Estates. We have lots of room to add several businesses to serve you and our community. We would like this two-story building to be a place where you can go and enjoy yourself. Shopping at the market listening to 80s music while having an ice cream cone or soda either indoors or outside on Center Ave in a small town. Our goal for our community and its guests is to LOVE where you LIVE or visit. Shop local 69357.
